Welcome to the SuperGym. As a new client, you will be assigned to one of our superb Trainers. Every Trainer is hand selected by health guru and supreme leader, Benjamin Pratt. Trainers are the ideal. Every client must strive to become an ideal. Work hard enough, and you, too, could become as fit, sexy, and strong as a SuperGym Trainer.
Your personalized fitness plan will be closely monitored by our team of Dieticians. Low calories and abstinence will help you reach your goals fast.
You will bleed. You will cry. You will beg for death. Push through it. Make your Trainer proud at all costs.
You will weigh in with your Trainer daily. Once a week, we have Weigh-In Day at the SuperGym. You will be accountable for your choices in front of your fellow SuperGym members. Make sure you make a good impression. Too many gains or non-loss days will result in being sent to Fat Camp. They have a special program for problem clients.

Counting down to the SuperGym release day!
Coming March 24th, 2017...
To help pass the time until SuperGym is released upon the world, I'm offering my ebook, Do You Remember Ella? FREE for 3 Days Only!
Sophie sees blood. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it is a major complication in the already difficult life of a teenage girl. Sophie is nerdy and poor in a school for the rich and popular. At Cullen Academy a student's worth is measured by their athletic ability. Sophie's awkwardness would be enough to set her apart even without her strange visions.
Her best friend, Ella, left the school the year before under suspicious circumstances, and when someone begins vandalizing the school in Ella's name, Sophie is suspect number one. As she tries to clear her name, the mystery around Ella grows. So do Sophie's visions. When she falls for Marcus, a handsome new student, things escalate into a violent and terrifying encounter that turns her world upside down. Will Sophie be strong enough to battle the evil that lives on campus?

The other day I described SuperGym as a dystopian fitness nightmare. It may seem like a strange description, but it's the best I've got. While writing, I do not think about what genre it will be or who I am writing it for. Then it's time to think about publishing. I generally write dystopian or horror stories and sometimes throw in a hint of sci-fi or magic. It's difficult to pare this down to one main genre, but I would say that SuperGym is a dystopian novel with a sci-fi twist.
Imagine a time in the not-so-distant future. The city of Famecili is run by health guru, dictator, and founder of the SuperGym, Benjamin Pratt. The people of Famecili are required to join one of the many SuperGyms. They are assigned to one of the SuperGym's elite Trainers. The Trainers are the ideal. They are tan and muscular and perfect. They are what every client is striving to become.
Mr. Pratt has a specialized plan for every client. The Trainers provide brutal, daily workouts, and Dieticians monitor food reduction. Everyone will get fit or die trying.
If a client fails, which unfortunately happens from time to time, the next stop is Fat Camp. No one ever comes back from Fat Camp.
If you've ever struggled with weight loss, exhausting workouts, restrictive diets, and painful hunger pains, then you understand how the clients of the SuperGym feel every day.
This is the world of SuperGym: Get Fit or Die Trying. A dystopian fitness nightmare.
What are your top 3 favorite genres? I love reading and will read pretty much anything, but I would say my top 3 are classics, horror, and science fiction. (And magical realism - I really can't choose just 3. I love books!) Comment below and let me know your top 3 - or 4 favorites!
